系统生物学在中医证候模型评价方法中的应用与研究进展 被引量:13

Application and Progress of Systems Biology in Evaluation of TCM Syndrome Models

摘要 模型评价是动物模型发展的基础,是体现中医证候动物模型的重复性、客观性、公认性的首要环节。系统生物学是以系统论和实验、计算方法整合不同级别的生物信息研究生命系统内各组成成分的构成,以及特定条件下各组分的相互关系与相互作用的研究。作为中西医结合发展的桥梁,系统生物学在中医证候本质、中药复方疗效物质基础、针灸效应物质基础等中医药领域获得广泛应用。在秉承中医传统医疗特色的前提下,通过探寻疾病特点与证候表征的客观内涵,综合更多的生物学信息与模型动物的生理、病理特点,系统生物学改进了模型评价标准中原有的缺陷,进一步规范了中医证候动物模型评价体系。本文梳理了中医证候模型评价研究现状以及系统生物学的核心特点,借鉴系统生物学运用于中医药研究的核心优势,总结了系统生物学方法在中医证候动物模型评价中的应用,扩展其应用的特色内涵,探讨系统生物学促进中医证候模型评价体系规范性发展的可行性,为推进中医药标准化的进程及中医基础理论的临床应用与发展提供科学依据。 Model evaluation is the basis for the development of animal models,and it is the first link to reflect the repeatability,objectivity and recognition of TCM syndrome animal models.Systems biology is composed of the components in the life system,as well as the relationship and interactions of the components under specific conditions by integrating different levels of biological information with system theory,experiment and calculation methods.As a bridge for the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM),systems biology is widely used in the fields of TCM syndromes essence,the material basis of the curative effect of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions,and the material basis of acupuncture and moxibustion effects.Under the premise of TCM characteristics by exploring the objective connotation of disease characteristics and syndrome representation,integrating more biological information and physiological and pathological characteristics of model animals,the original defects of model evaluation standard were improved,and the evaluation system of TCM syndrome animal model was further standardized.The current situation of TCM syndrome model evaluation and the core characteristics of systems biology were reviewed in this article,the application of systems biology method in TCM syndrome animal model evaluation was summarized,the characteristic connotation of its applica-tion was expanded,and the feasibility of promoting the standardization development of TCM syndrome model evaluation system by systems biology was discussed,thus providing scientific bases for promoting the process of TCM standardization and clinical applications of TCM basic theories.
