摘要
为了更直观检验数控铣床编程,提高加工效率和零件品质,利用宇龙仿真软件对典型凸台零件进行加工特征分析,刀具、切削参数选择,在此基础上进行数控编程,重点对刀具轨迹和宏程序进行分析.宇龙仿真软件HNC-22M系统对零件加工特征进行单独分析加工,分别为大凸台、平面、大小凸台、大小凸台周围余料去除、键槽、中央腔体、钻孔和攻丝等加工,将复杂零件的加工进行了分解和简化,以期为复杂铣削零件的加工和编程提供指导.
In order to check the programming of CNC milling machine more directly and improve the processing efficiency and parts quality,the machining characteristics of typical boss parts,the selection of cutting tools and cutting parameters are analyzed in this paper.On this basis,the NC programming is carried out,with the emphasis on the analysis of tool path and macro program.HNC-22M system in Yulong simulation software is used to analyze and process the machining features of the parts separately,including large boss,plane,small boss,removal of surplus materials around large and small boss,keyway,central cavity,drilling and tapping,etc.The processing of complex parts is divided and simplified in order to provide guidance for the machining and programming of complex milling parts.
