摘要
睡眠是提高免疫力和自我恢复的重要阶段,对记忆也有重要作用。然而,越来越多的人由于神经疾病而面临睡眠障碍。本文通过对多导睡眠监测(PSG)系统工程学机制的分析和其在神经疾病(如抑郁症及癫痫)的临床应用,强调多导睡眠监测系统的全面性和准确性。以期更好地为医生提供前期诊断和干预治疗的依据,帮助患者构建健康的睡眠周期。
Sleep is an essential stage of improving immunity and self-recovery,and it also plays an important role in memory.However,increasingly more people suffer from sleep disorders due to neurological diseases.In this paper,we analyzed the engineering mechanism of polysomnography monitoring system(PSG)and its clinical applications in neurological diseases such as depression and epilepsy,and then emphasized its comprehensiveness and accuracy.The aim is to provide the basis for early diagnosis and intervention treatment for doctors and help patients build a healthy sleep cycle.
