摘要
湖杭高铁富春江特大桥主桥采用主跨300m高低塔混合梁斜拉桥。该桥中跨主梁采用钢-混结合梁,边跨部分区域主梁采用预应力混凝土箱梁。结合梁采用槽型钢梁与混凝土桥面板相结合的形式,槽型钢梁由双边箱+弧形底板+横隔板+外挂式风嘴构成。混凝土梁采用两侧双主梁+中间密横隔梁结构体系。钢-混过渡段采用梯形填充混凝土后承压板式构造。斜拉索在结合梁上采用钢锚箱式锚固结构,在混凝土梁上采用开槽式锚固结构。采用MIDAS Civil软件对该桥进行静动力分析,结果表明:该桥主梁结构满足高低塔斜拉桥受力特性;主梁底板采用弧形设计,纵、横刚度大,结构受力性能和经济性优良;主梁梁体的刚度较大,平顺度较好,能够满足铺设无砟轨道的要求。
The main bridge of Fuchunjiang River Bridge on Huzhou-Hangzhou High-speed Railway is a hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 300 m.The bridge has two pylons with different heights.The central span consists of steel-concrete composite girders,and the side spans are mainly prestressed concrete box girders.The composite girder is formed of the open-top steel box and concrete slabs,and the open-top steel box girder features double edge boxes,arc soffit,diaphragm and external wind fairings.The concrete girder is composed of the two edge beams and the densely-arranged floor beams.The steel-concrete joint section,a post-load-bearing plate structure,takes form by filling concrete to a trapezoidal frame.The stay cables are anchored to the steel beams via steel anchor boxes,and to the concrete beams via slotted anchor structures.The static and dynamic properties of the bridge were analyzed using MIDAS Civil.The results show that the composition of the superstructure can meet the load bearing requirements of the cable-stayed bridge with pylons of different heights.The soffit of the steel box girder is arc shaped,which balances the longitudinal and transverse stiffness as well as the load bearing capacity of the structure and economy.The superstructure meets the placement requirements of the ballastless rail,with big stiffness and good flatness.
