摘要
红枣是山西等众多地区的主要经济作物,但传统的分类、命名及育种限制了其发展。随着分子标记技术的发展,其在枣的分类育种的应用方面显示出了良好的优越性。本文简要综述了分子标记技术在红枣种质资源和遗传育种研究中的应用,如在遗传图谱构建、亲缘关系及分类研究、遗传多样性、枣种鉴定及育种方面的应用,并分析了其在红枣研究中存在的问题和应用前景,以期为开展红枣分子遗传育种提供参考。
Jujube is the main economic crop in Shanxi province,and many other regions,but traditional classification,naming and breeding restrict its development.With the development of molecular marker technology,it has shown good superiority in the classification and breeding of jujube.This article briefly reviewed the application of molecular marker technology in the research of red jujube germplasm resources and genetic breeding,such as the application of genetic map construction,genetic relationship and classification research,genetic diversity and jujube species identification and breeding,and its application in jujube.The problems and application prospects in the research were discussed,which could provide references for the development of red jujube molecular genetic breeding.
