摘要
面对井下作业环境的越发复杂,探索建立井下采煤机远程遥控智能系统,对于提升矿井作业的安全性意义重大。以此为着手点,针对采煤机远程智能遥控开展分析探究。在分析采煤机远程智能遥控系统方案的基础上,对采煤机远程安全控制流程及其具体操作规程做出探究,并对远程记忆割煤技术和综采面设备协同控制技术做出分析总结,希望能为相关技术的更好应用提供帮助和借鉴。
In the face of the increasingly complex underground working environment,it is of great significance to explore the establishment of long-distance remote control intelligent system of underground shearer for improving the safety of mine operation.As a starting point,this paper analyzed and explored the intelligent long-distance remote control of shearer.Based on the analysis of the scheme of intelligent long-distance remote control system for shearer,it explored the remote safety control process and specific operation rules of shearer,and analyzed and summarized the remote memory coal cutting technology and the collaborative control technology of fully mechanized mining face equipment,hoping to provide help and reference for the better application of related technologies.
