摘要
冠心病属于临床常见的心血管疾病,患者多伴随有心肌缺血,临床表现为心绞痛。病情反复发作,对患者身心健康造成严重影响。冠心病在中医学中属于"胸痹"范畴,复方丹参滴丸是治疗心血管疾病时常用的中药制剂,该药物由丹参、三七、冰片三种中药材组成,临床用药通过美国食品药品监督管理局批准。复方丹参滴丸在冠心病治疗中可起到扩张冠脉血管、抗动脉粥样硬化、降低血脂等多种作用,具有良好治疗效果。本文主要针对冠心病的中医学认识、复方丹参滴丸的药理作用、复方丹参滴丸在冠心病中的应用效果进行分点阐述。
Coronary heart disease is a common clinical cardiovascular disease,most patients are accompanied by myocardial ischemia,with clinical manifestations of angina pectoris.The repeated attack of the disease has a serious effect on the physical and mental health of the patients.Coronary heart disease belongs to the category of"chest obstruction"in the traditional Chinese medicine,compound Danshen dripping pills are traditional Chinese medicine preparations that commonly used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,the drug is made up of salvia miltiorrhiza,panax notoginseng and borneol.The clinical drug use is approved by US food and drug administration,compound Danshen dripping pill can dilate coronary vessels,fight atherosclerosis and reduce blood lipids for the treatment of coronary heart disease,it has a good therapeutic effect.This article mainly focuses on the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease,the pharmacological effects of compound Danshen dripping pills and the application effects of compound Danshen dripping pills in coronary heart disease to analyze.
