摘要
本研究利用湿式相转化方法制备并改性聚苯砜(Polyphenylsulfone,PPSU)薄膜,通过添加聚醚亚硫胺(Polyetherimide,PEI)共混改性提高其亲水性及孔洞大小,并应用于废水中红曲色素的去除。较佳的改性PPSU复合膜过滤通量可以提升原PPSU膜的3~7倍,回收效率可达到75.3%~53.1%,过滤通量在18.5~41.1 L/m^2h之间,具有在食品水体中去除色素的潜力。
This study of recovery of hydrophilic monascus pigmen were used to preparation and modification the Polyphenylsulfone(PPSU)/polyetherimide(PEI)membrane by wet phase transformation method.The filtration flux of good modified PPSU/PEI/PEG membranes were increased 3~7 times of the PPSU membrane,and the recovery efficiency and filtration flux were 75.3%~53.1%and between 18.5~41.1 L/m^2h,respectively.It has the potential to recover pigments in food water.
