摘要
目的:研究鸟巢式护理联合防撞条干预被应用到新生儿黄疸光疗患儿中的护理作用与效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年1月安徽省蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的黄疸光疗的新生儿108例作为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。先对所有患儿进行光疗,再对对照组患儿施予常规性护理,对观察组患儿施予鸟巢式护理联合防撞条干预,观察比较其最终的结果。结果:在护理后,对于血清胆红素,观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理后,对于睡眠质量,观察组较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸟巢式护理联合防撞条干预被应用到新生儿黄疸光疗患儿中,能够得到更为满意的效果。
Objective:To study the nursing effect and effect of bird′s nest nursing combined with anti-collision bar intervention in neonatal jaundice phototherapy.Methods:A total of 108 cases of neonatal jaundice treated by phototherapy in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 54 cases in each group.All the children were treated with phototherapy,then the control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given bird′s nest nursing combined with anti-collision strip intervention,and the final results were observed and compared.Results:After nursing,for serum bilirubin,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For sleep quality,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bird nest nursing combined with anti-collision bar intervention can be applied to children with neonatal jaundice phototherapy,which can get more satisfactory results.
