摘要
【目的】研究了光叶铁仔(Myrsine stolonifera(Koidz.)E.Walker)提取物对家蝇(Musca domestica L.)成虫杀虫活性、酶活性,以及亚致死剂量对其幼虫生长发育和繁殖的影响。【方法】采用胃毒法。【结果】光叶铁仔乙醇提取物对家蝇成虫在48 h和72 h的毒力LC50值分别为7.52 mg/g和0.77 mg/g,而甲醇提取物LC50值分别为2.02 mg/g、0.39 mg/g;两种提取物对家蝇成虫谷胱甘肽S-转移酶有显著的抑制作用;甲醇提取物对家蝇幼虫体重抑制率为96.06%,化蛹率和羽化率分别为38.43%和74.33%,幼虫期和蛹期明显增长,且与其余两个处理差异显著。【结论】光叶铁仔甲醇提取物对家蝇表现出较好的杀虫活性,其杀虫活性成分值得进一步研究。
【Objective】The objective of this study was to determine the insecticidal activity,enzyme activity of the extracts of Myrsine stolonifera on Musca domestica adult and the effects of sublethal dosage on the growth and reproduction of M.domestica larval.【Method】Stomach toxicity method was performed in the experiment.【Result】The toxicities(LC50 values)of ethanol extract on the Musca domestica adults reached 7.52 mg/g and 0.77 mg/g,meanwhile which of the methanol extract were 2.02 mg/g and 0.39 mg/g at 48 h and 72 h,respectively.The GSTs activities were significantly inhibited by two extracts.The methanol extract on M.domestica larva reached 96.06%of weight inhibition rate,38.43%of pupation rate and 74.33%of emergence rate,respectively.Meanwhile the larvae and pupa stage were also significantly elongated and was significant with those of other two treatments.【Conclusion】The methanol extract of M.stolonifera showed good insecticidal activity against housefly,and its insecticidal ingredients were worthy of the further research.
