摘要
目的:探讨重症加强护理病房(intensive care unit,ICU)集束化护理对患者压疮发生率的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年5月-2018年6月ICU接收的110例重症患者,依据护理方法差异将其分为对照组与研究组,各55例,对照组采用ICU常规护理,研究组则采用集束化护理干预,对比两组患者压疮发生率。结果:对照组住院期间11例(20.00%)患者发生压疮,压疮分期大多集中在Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期,占比为81.81%,压疮部位大多集中在骶尾部,占比为45.45%;研究组住院期间仅2例(3.64%)发生压疮,压疮分期集中在Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期,各占比50.00%,压疮部位分别在骶尾部和外踝各1例,各占比50.00%;观察组压疮发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组压疮发生时间晚于对照组,好转时间早于对照组,且治愈时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理措施的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU患者实施集束化护理可有效降低压疮发生率,提高患者满意度,对促进患者早日康复具有重要意义,值得在临床推广。
Objective:To discuss the influence of bundle of care on the occurrences of pressure sores for ICU (intensive care unit) patients.Method:A total of 110 ICU patients treated from May 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to different nursing modes,patients were divided into the control group (55 cases) and the study group (55 cases).The control group was served with routine care;the study group was served with bundle of care.Occurrences of pressure sores were compared.Result:During the hospitalization period,the control group had 11 cases (20.00%) of pressure sores;stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ pressure sores patients accounted for 81.81%;the ratio of patients with pressure sores in the sacrococcygeal region was 45.45%.The study group had 2 cases (3.64%) of pressure sores;stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ pressure sores patients accounted for 50.00%,respectively;the ratio of patients with pressure sores in the sacrococcygeal region (1 case) and lateral malleolus (1 case) was 50.00%,respectively.Occurrences of pressure sores in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The occurrence time of pressure sores in the study group was later than that in the control group,the improvement time was earlier,and the cure time was shorter,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The bundle of care can effectively reduce on the occurrences of pressure sores,increase patients’ satisfaction and promote the fast recovery.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
