基于模糊控制器的电力应急指挥系统自动控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统电力应急指挥系统自动控制策略在控制系统运行时,控制指令传输所需时间过长的问题,提出一种基于模糊控制器的电力应急指挥系统自动控制策略。首先,设定控制参数,引用一个智能联动模块,调节系统的运行状态,选取直接段或间接段运行的调节值,使用参数转换公式计算抢修变化效率,得到控制参数,引用模糊控制器,将模糊器结构中的输入、输出物理量转换为模糊量,计算转换后模糊量的隶属度,得到模糊器中的近似算法,构建出一个前向树,最终得到系统的控制方案,实现自动控制。实验结果表明:与传统控制策略相比,基于模糊控制器的电力应急指挥系统自动控制策略在控制系统运行时,控制指令传输时所需的时间为20 ms,传输时间更少,更适合控制电力应急系统。 In order to solve the problem that the traditional automatic control strategy of power emergency command system needs too long time to transmit control instructions when the control system is running,an automatic control strategy of power emergency command system based on fuzzy controller is proposed.First,to set the control parameters and quote an intelligent linkage module,the operation state of the system is adjusted.The adjustment value of the direct or indirect section operation is first selected,the parameter conversion formula is used to calculate the efficiency of rush repair change and get the control parameters.Quoting the fuzzy controller,the input and output physical quantities in the fuzzy structure are converted into fuzzy quantities,and the membership degree of the converted fuzzy quantities is calculated to the approximate algorithm in the fuzzy controller,a forward tree is constructed and the control scheme of the system is finally obtained to realize automatic control.The experimental results show that:compared with the traditional control strategy,the automatic control strategy based on fuzzy controller is more suitable for the control of the power emergency command system when the control system is running,the control command transmission time is 20 ms,and the transmission time is less.
