摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展,移动源污染日益凸显,已成为影响空气质量的重要因素。如何选择合理的控制对策,治理移动源污染,改善环境空气质量,是当前必须面对的重大环保问题。本文通过移动源排气及治理现状分析,指出目前存在的主要问题,提出通过完善法律标准体系,提升监管能力,加强大数据应用,加大宣传引导的措施等方式,以期达到事半功倍的效果。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, mobile source pollution has become increasingly prominent, which has become an important factor affecting air quality. How to choose reasonable countermeasures to control the pollution from mobile sources and improve the air quality is a major environmental protection problem that must be faced at present. Through the analysis of the current situation of exhaust and management of mobile sources, this paper points out the main existing problems, and proposes to improve the legal standard system, enhance the supervision ability, strengthen the application of big data, increase the measures of publicity and guidance, which are expected to get twice the result with half the effort.
