摘要
目的分析对医院环境卫生监督管理工作中的运用PDCA循环的实际效果。方法该院在2018年3月开始采用PDCA循环法进行医院环境卫生监督管理,故对该院2017年3-12月以及2018年3-12月的消毒结果,包括医护人员手卫生、室内空气以及消毒器械和物体表面等以及60例患者出现院内感染的概率进行数据对比,分析医院环境卫生监督管理工作中的运用PDCA循环的实际效果。结果实施PDCA循环管理后各项指标合格率均好于实施PDCA循环管理前各项指标合格率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施PDCA循环管理后患者出现院内感染的概率6.67%低于未实施PDCA循环管理患者出现院内感染的概率25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医院环境卫生监督管理工作中的运用PDCA循环的实际效果显著,经管理后医院内各类型监测指标得到明显提升,且患者院内感染概率较小。
Objective To analyze the actual effect of the PDCA cycle in the supervision and management of hospital environmental sanitation.Methods The hospital began to adopt the PDCA cycle method for hospital environmental hygiene supervision and management in March 2018.Therefore,the disinfection results of the hospital from March to December 2017 and from March to December 2018,including the hands sanitation of medical staff,indoor air,disinfection equipment and surface of objects,as well as the probability of nosocomial infection in 60 patients,analyzed the actual effect of the PDCA cycle in the supervision and management of hospital environmental sanitation.Results The pass rate of all indicators after the implementation of PDCA circulation management was better than the pass rate of all indicators before the implementation of PDCA circulation management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation of PDCA circulation management,the probability of hospital infection in patients was 6.67%lower than the implementation The probability of nosocomial infection in patients not implement PDCA cycle management was 25.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The actual effect of using the PDCA cycle in the supervision and management of hospital environmental sanitation is significant.After management,various types of monitoring indicators in the hospital have been significantly improved,and the probability of nosocomial infection of patients is small.
