摘要
分别采用SMBBR工艺、A^2O工艺处理高含盐、高氨氮的含苯嗪草酮的农药废水,并进行对比分析。结果表明,SMBBR工艺对农药废水中NH3-N、TP、COD的平均去除率高于A^2O工艺,其中SMBBR工艺出水的NH3-N浓度达到国家的一级A标准,脱氮效果明显优于A^2O工艺,同时分别在NH3-N浓度增加1.5~2.5倍、水力停留时间为3~10 d的实验条件下,SMBBR工艺有着较强的抗冲击负荷的能力,SMBBR工艺可在原厂A^2O工艺的基础上完成提标改造。
SMBBR process and A 2O process were used to treat the high salt and high NH3-N containing ketone metamitron grass of pesticide wastewater.The results show that the removal rate of COD and NH3-N and TP in pesticide wastewater by MBBR process is higher than that of A 2O process.Including SMBBR process effluent concentration of NH3-N reach national level of A standard,A^2O process is obviously better than the denitrification effect,at the same time respectively in hydraulic retention time is 3~10 d,NH3-N concentration increased by 1.5~2.5 times of conditions,SMBBR process exhibits strong impact load resistance,SMBBR process can be improved on the basis of original A^2O process.
