摘要
目的探讨对骨折患者采用锁定加压接骨板进行治疗后获得临床疗效以及并发症。方法将该院2017年8月—2020年2月收治的64例骨折患者数字奇偶法分组;治疗组(32例):采用锁定加压接骨板方法展开骨折疾病治疗;对照组(32例):采用常规固定术展开骨折疾病治疗。就组间骨折优良率以及并发症(旋肱血管受损、腋神经受损以及切口感染)比例展开对比。结果治疗组骨折患者骨折优良率(78.13%)高于对照组(37.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.827,P<0.05);两组骨折患者并发症类型主要集中于旋肱血管受损、腋神经受损以及切口感染,治疗组骨折患者总并发症比例(0.00%)低于对照组(28.13%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.473,P<0.05)。结论锁定加压接骨板方法的有效运用,可实现骨折患者骨折优良率的提升以及总并发症(旋肱血管受损、腋神经受损以及切口感染)比例的降低,最终实现骨折患者有效预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and complications obtained after treatment with locking compression plates for fracture patients.Methods 64 cases of fracture patients admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to February 2020 were divided into groups by digital parity;treatment group(32 cases):treatment of fracture diseases using locking compression plates;control group(32 cases):the treatment of fracture diseases was carried out with conventional fixation.The fracture excellent rate and the complications(injury to the circumflex blood vessel,the axillary nerve and the incision infection)were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group’s fracture patients of the fracture excellent rate(78.13%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(37.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.827,P<0.05);the types of complications of the two groups of fracture patients were mainly concentrated in circumflex vascular damage,axillary nerve damage,and incision infection.On the one hand,it was finally found that the total complication rate of fracture patients in the treatment group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.13%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.473,P<0.05).Conclusion The effective use of the locking compression plate method can improve the fracture good rate of fracture patients and reduce the proportion of total complications(injury to the circumflex blood vessel,axillary nerve injury and incision infection),and ultimately achieve an effective prognosis for fracture patients.
