摘要
随着医疗健康理念的深刻变化,生物医学向社会医学转变,被动治疗向主动健康转变,单个竞争向整合协作转变,探索整合型医疗健康服务体系成为新医改的必由之路,也是践行“以人民健康为中心”理念的实践追求。该文基于大健康视角,探索整合型医疗健康服务体系构建框架,从专科协同化、学科学部化、医疗连续化、服务全程化、康养一体化、健康生态化6个维度对构建路径进行分析,提出构建整合型医疗健康服务体系的支撑要素,以期为医院整合发展提供参考。
With the profound changes in the concept of medical and health,biomedicine is shifting to social medicine,passive treatment is shifting to active health,and single competition is shifting to integrated collaboration.Exploring the integrated medical and health service system has become the only way for the new medical reform,and it is also the practice of practical pursuit of the concept of"taking people's health as the center".Based on the perspective of general health,this article explores the construction framework of an integrated medical and health service system,and analyzes the construction path from the six dimensions of collaboration of specialties,departmentalization of science,medical continuity,full service,integration of health care,and ecological health.Propose the supporting elements of constructing an integrated medical and health service system in order to provide a reference for the integrated development of hospitals.
