摘要
本研究以广东省5所医学院校的800名医学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法探讨当前医学生职业价值观的特点、家庭社会经济状况对医学生职业价值观的影响。结果表明:医学生最看重职业价值观中的声望地位因素;医学生职业价值观不存在性别差异;获得过奖学金的医学生更看重职业价值观中的声望地位因素;医学生的家庭社会经济状况与职业价值观中的自我发展因素呈显著正相关、与保健因素呈显著负相关。最终,为医学院校开展精准化、差异化的职业咨询与就业指导提供科学依据。
This study takes 800 medical students from 5 medical colleges and universities in Guangdong province as the research objects,and adopted the questionnaire survey method to explore the characteristics of current medical students'professional values and the influence of family social and economic conditions on the professional values of medical students.The results shows that the medical students most value the prestige status factor in the professional values.There is no gender difference in the professional values of medical students.The medical students who had won the scholarship pay more attention to the prestige status factor in the professional values.The family socioeconomic status of medical students is significantly and positively correlated with the self-development factors in occupational values and negatively.
