摘要
本文通过阐述新形势下产业技术创新生态系统核心内涵的变革,明确产业技术创新生态系统稳定运行的构成要素及其作用关系,通过从“外部”视角分析国家对产业技术创新生态系统治理的整体布局,以及从“内部”视角分析产业技术创新生态系统发展的必然趋向,提出完善产业技术创新管理、丰富创新技术传播渠道、充分发挥关键种企业能力的可行性对策建议。研究目的在于实现产业技术创新利益最大化,以此促进产业技术创新生态系统稳定运行与良性发展,可以在有效服务国家战略与社会民生,在促进国家科技创新、加速产业创新进程、推动经济社会发展等方面具有战略性意义。
By expounding the change of the core connotation of the industrial technological innovation ecosystem in the new situation,this paper clarifies the constituent elements and the functional relationship of the stable operation of the industrial technological innovation ecosystem,analyzes the overall layout of the national governance of the industrial technological innovation ecosystem from the"external"perspective,and analyzes the inevitable trend of the development of the industrial technological innovation ecosystem from the"internal"perspective,and puts forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the industrial technological innovation management,enriching the channels for the dissemination of innovative technologies and giving full play to the key enterprises capabilities.The purpose of the study is to maximize the benefits of industrial technology innovation,so as to promote the stable operation and sound development of industrial technology innovation ecosystem,effectively serve the national strategy and the people's livelihood,and promote national technology innovation,which is of strategic significance to accelerate the process of industrial innovation and promote economic and social development.
