摘要
为了提高产品设计质量检测效果,针对当前产品设计质量检测系统存在的缺陷,设计基于激光表面处理技术的产品设计质量检测系统。首先分析产品设计质量检测的研究现状,指出各种产品设计质量检测系统的缺陷,然后引入到激光表面处理技术设计产品设计质量检测系统,并对硬件模块和软件模块进行详细地设计,最后与其它产品设计质量检测系统进行了对比测试,结果表明,本文系统得到较高质量的产品设计质量检测结果,产品设计质量的检测正确率最高为98.68%,检测时间最低为2.51 ms,具有十分明显的优越性。
In order to improve the quality inspection effect of product design,aiming at the defects of current product design quality detection system,a product design quality detection system based on laser surface treatment technology is designed.First of all,the research status of product design quality detection is analyzed,and the defects of various product design quality detection systems are pointed out.Then,the laser surface treatment technology is introduced to design the product design quality detection system,and the hardware module and software module are designed in detail.Finally,the comparison test with other product design quality detection systems is carried out,and the results show that the system in this paper has been compared.The results of high-quality product design quality test show that the highest test accuracy of product design quality is 98.68%,and the shortest test time is 2.51 ms,which has obvious advantages.
