摘要
我国热力发电机组数量很多,其热力过程采用的多是以水为工质的朗肯循环。在机组的运行过程中,各种事故经常出现,为保证机组的安全运行,各个设备的参数均需要受到精心监视,以便及时发现问题,把事故扼杀在萌芽状态。随着科技的发展,各种自动化技术的应用对机组的全面监视提供了便利,然而对于机组操作人员来说,如何从整体的角度来把控机组的状态,如何发挥集控系统的优势和人的优势是一个非常重要的问题。本文从热力学第二定律出发,同时分析了朗肯循环及相关设备的特点,提出了更加合理有效的监控方式,为工作人员在实际操作中对机组状态的把控与调整提供了理论上的指导,从而为提前发现问题创造了调节,为操作争取了时间。
There are a lot of thermal power generating units in China,and the Rankine cycle with water as working fluid is mostly used in its thermal process.In the operation process of the unit,various accidents often occur.In order to ensure the safe operation of the unit,the parameters of each equipment need to be carefully monitored in order to find problems in time and nip the accident in the bud.With the development of science and technology,the application of various automation technologies provides convenience for the comprehensive monitoring of the unit.However,for the unit operators,how to control the status of the unit from the overall point of view,how to play the advantages of the centralized control system and the advantages of people is a very important issue.Starting from the second law of thermodynamics,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Rankine cycle and related equipment,puts forward a more reasonable and effective monitoring mode,which provides theoretical guidance for staff to control and adjust the unit state in actual operation,thus creating regulation for finding problems in advance and gaining time for operation.
