血塞通注射液联合盐酸多奈哌齐片对血管性认知功能障碍患者hs-CRP、Hcy、脑血流灌注和电生理的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Xuesaitong Injection Combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets on hs-CRP,Hcy,Cerebral Blood Perfusion and Electrophysiology in Patients with Vascular Cognitive Impairment

摘要 目的探讨血塞通注射液联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)的临床效果。方法将2016年3月—2018年9月收治的106例VCI患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例,对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,观察组加用血塞通注射液,观察两组治疗效果,治疗前、治疗16周后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,脑血流灌注及电生理指标变化。结果治疗总有效率观察组为86.79%(46/53),与对照组69.81%(37/53)对比,明显较高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗16周后,观察组上述指标水平与同期对照组对比,明显较低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组脑血流平均通过时间(MTT)、脑血流容积(CBV)及脑血流量(CBF)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗16周后,观察组上述脑血流灌注指标与同期对照组对比,明显较好(P<0.05);治疗前,两组P300潜伏期与波幅无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗16周后上述电生理指标与同期对照组对比,明显较好(P<0.05)。结论血塞通注射液联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗VCI,效果确切,可明显改善患者脑血流灌注和电生理指标,降低hs-CRP、Hcy水平,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong Injection combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods A total of 106 patients with VCI admitted from Mar 2016 to Sep 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,53 cases in each group.The control group received Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets and the observation group added Xuesaitong Injection.We observed the therapeutic effects,the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),cerebral blood perfusion and electrophysiological indexes before and after 16 weeks of treatment of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 86.79%(46/53)in the observation group.Compared with that of the control group(69.81%,37/53),it was significantly higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum hs-CRP or Hcy between the two groups(P>0.05).After 16 weeks of treatment,the levels of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower compared with those of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in mean transition time(MTT),cerebral blood flow volume(CBV)or cerebral blood flow(CBF)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 16 weeks of treatment,the above indexes of cerebral blood flow perfusion in the observation group were significantly better compared with those of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the latency or amplitude of P300 between the two groups(P>0.05).After 16 weeks of treatment,the above indexes of electrophysiology in the observation group were significantly better compared with those of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuesaitong Injection combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets for the treatment of VCI has obvious effects,which can significantly improve the cerebral blood perfusion and electrophysiological indexes and reduce the levels of hs-CRP and Hcy.It is worthy of promotion.
