摘要
本研究对甜瓜根部病原菌进行分离纯化,并进行ITS序列扩增及测序、系统进化树构建、致病力测定。结果表明,供试菌株为番茄匍柄霉,其可对甜瓜叶片造成17.2 mm的病斑;番茄匍柄霉(Stemphylium lycopersici)有可能是甜瓜潜在的病原菌。
In this paper, the pathogens from the roots of Cucumis melo L. were isolated and purified. ITS sequence amplification and detection, phylogenetic tree construction, and pathogenicity determination were carried out. The results showed that the tested strain was identified as Stemphylium lycopersici, which could cause 17.2 mm lesions on leaves of Cucumis melo L.;Stemphylium lycopersici might be a potential pathogen of Cucumis melo L.
