摘要
恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率正在逐年增高,已成为人类主要死亡主要原因之一。由于中药单体化合物治疗恶性肿瘤具有靶点广、毒性低等特点,已成为研究热点。双氢青蒿素是青蒿素的衍生物之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗疟疾、抗炎等多种生物学功效,一方面依靠其分子结构中的过氧桥结构产生大量活性氧杀死肿瘤细胞,另一方面可通过调节肿瘤细胞内多种信号通路,抑制肿瘤转移和诱导细胞周期阻滞。本文对双氢青蒿素抗肿瘤分子机制的研究进展进行综述。
The morbidity and mortality of cancer are increasing year by year,and malignant tumors have become one of the major causes of death globally.Traditional Chinese medicine monomers have the characteristics of multi-target,low toxicity and so on.Hence,using traditional Chinese medicine monomers to kill tumor cells has become a research hotspot.Dihydroartemisinin,a derivative of artemisinin,has multiple biological functions,such as anti-malaria,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,et al.On the one hand,dihydroartemisinin produces a large number of reactive oxygen species,which relying on its endoperoxide bridge structure,to kill the tumor cells.On another hand,dihydroartemisinin inhibits tumor metastasis and induces the cell cycle arrest by regulating several signal pathways.This paper will review the anti-tumor molecular mechanism of dihydroartemisinin.
