摘要
为了探究除草剂施用对丛枝菌根(AM)真菌的影响,本文总结了近几年农田生态系统中除草剂对AM真菌的孢子萌发及活力、对宿主植物根系的侵染、群落结构、菌丝的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性等方面的研究进展,并对以后的研究进行了展望。以期为除草剂的合理使用、农业生产的可持续发展提供理论指导。
In order to explore the effect of herbicide application on arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi,we summarize the research progress of herbicides’effect on spore germination and vitality of AM fungi,colonization in host plant roots,community structure,succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity of hyphae in farmland ecosystem in recent years,and discuss the research needs to be done in the future.The study could provide theoretical guidance for the rational use of herbicides and the sustainable development of agricultural production.
