The Design of a Large Automatic Welding Equipment for Shear Studs

摘要 通过设计一种大型剪力钉自动焊接设备,实现第三代非能动CAP型核电站结构模块剪力钉焊接的自动化。本设备主要由焊接平台、数控龙门移动系统、溜板装置、视觉系统、机器人部分、焊枪升降系统及数控系统等组成,可以实现焊枪的x、y、z三向直线运动、视觉系统配合机器人部分可实现剪力钉与瓷环的自动抓取、组合及送钉「该设备可实现大面板工件、带瓷环大尺寸剪力钉焊接的自动化,提高焊接效率、降低人工焊接劳动强度。 By designing a automatic welding equipment for large shear studs,the automatic welding of shear studs for structural modules of the third generation passive CAP nuclear power plant can be realized.The equipment mainly includes welding platform,CNC gantry moving system,sliding board device,the visual system,robot system,welding gun lifting system and CNC system,etc.It can realize the three-direction linear movement of welding gun X,Y and Z,and the visual system can realize the automatic grasping and combination of shear studs and porcelain ring with the robot system.The equipment can realize the automation of welding large panel workpiece and large shear nails,improve the welding efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of manual welding.
