基于回转窑危废焚烧处置中干法脱酸的技术应用 被引量:5

Technical application of dry process deacidification in hazardous waste disposal based on rotary kiln incineration

摘要 针对某县危废处置改造项目,通过物料分析及结合现场厂区情况,采用了"回转窑+二燃室+急冷塔+半干法+两级干法"处置工艺,解决了当地的危废处置问题,根据测算及检测结果,炉渣热灼减率小于5%。回转窑内焚烧温度应大于850℃;二燃室焚烧温度不小于1100℃,烟气停留时间大于2.0 s。最终排放烟气中一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氯化氢、氮氧化物、二噁英类的排放浓度分别为:<50 mg/Nm^3、<50 mg/Nm^3、<10 mg/Nm^3、<200 mg/Nm^3、0.1 ng/m^3,满足排放标准。同时处理1 t危废原材料消耗只需757.92元,通过对全国工业危险废物处理处置情况表分析,2019年危废处置情况增速不会低于30%,该行业正处高速发展期,且行业集中度较低,预示着该行业将迎来一个良好的发展契机。 Combining site conditions and material analysis,a county hazardous waste disposal and transformation project was accomplished by using"rotary kiln+secondary combustion chamber+quench tower+semi-dry process+two-stage dry process"disposal process.This disposal process solved the problem of local hazardous waste disposal.According to the results of calculation and examination,the clinker ignition losses was less than 5%.The burning temperature in the rotary kiln should be higher than 850℃,the burning temperature in the second combustion chamber should be no less than 1100℃ and the flue gas residence time should be more than 2.0 s.The final emission concentrations of CO,SO2,HCl,NOx and dioxins were <50 mg/Nm^3,<50 mg/Nm^3,<10 mg/Nm^3,<200 mg/Nm^3 and<0.1 ng/m3,respectively.It met emission standards.At the same time,only 757.92$ was needed to treat one ton of hazardous waste.Through the analysis of the national table of treatment and disposal of industrial hazardous waste,the increasing rate of hazardous waste disposal was not be less than 30% in 2019.The industry is in a period of high-speed development.
