摘要
目的系统评价桃红四物汤加减对比常规疗法治疗黄褐斑伴月经不调的疗效。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(Sinomed)、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库自建库截止到2019年6月有关桃红四物汤治疗黄褐斑伴月经不调疗效的随机对照试验(RCTs)。经两位研究员独立评价文献质量后对所需资料进行提取,用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6项研究,包含616例患者,Meta分析结果显示桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑伴月经不调有效率相比常规治疗的优势有统计学意义[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.12,1.27),P<0.00001]。结论桃红四物汤加减相对常规疗法治疗黄褐斑伴月经不调有更好的疗效,但由于纳入研究的质量较低,未来还需要更优质的临床试验来进一步验证这一结论。
Objective To systematically evaluate the curative efficacy of Taohong Siwu decoction in flexibly modified treatment compared with conventional therapy on chloasma complicated with irregular menstruation.Methods China national knowledge internet(CNKI),Wanfang database,Chongqing VIP Chinese science and technology database(VIP),Chinese biomedical literature database(Sinomed),Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library and other databases were searched by computer on the randomized controlled trials of Taohong Siwu decoction on chloasma complicated with irregular menstruation as of June 2019.After the literature quality was evaluated by two researchers independently,the required informationwas extracted and meta-analyzed with RevMan5.3.Results A total of 36 cases of research and 3565 patients were included.It was shown by meta-analysis that Taohong Siwu decoction in flexibly modified treatment was in a statistically significant advantage over conventional treatment on chloasma complicated with irregular menstruation[RR=1.20,95%CI[1.12,1.27],P<0.00001).Conclusion Compared with conventional therapy,Taohong Siwu decoction has better curative efficacy on chloasma complicated with irregular menstruation.However,due to the low quality of methodology included in the study,better clinical trials are needed to further verify this conclusion in the future.
