摘要
目的:观察应用自拟扶正解毒宣肺方配合吉西他滨+顺铂(GP)化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者疾病进展时间(TTP)的影响。方法:选取2018年5月—2019年5月于我院治疗的92例肺癌晚期患者作为分析对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组患者给予GP化疗方案,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合使用扶正解毒宣肺方治疗,21d为1个治疗周期。共治疗3个周期。观察两组患者临床疗效、TTP及毒副反应(恶心呕吐、血小板减少、白细胞减少)发生情况。比较治疗前、治疗3个周期后两组患者血清炎性因子[基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白介素6(IL-6)]水平变化情况。结果:两组患者临床总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者TTP均长于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组患者毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗3个周期后,两组患者血清MMP-9、VEGF、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:自拟扶正解毒宣肺方配合GP化疗方案治疗晚期NSCLC患者虽不能明显提高患者临床疗效,但能降低其炎性因子水平,延长患者TTP,降低毒副反应发生率。
Objective:To observe the effects of self-made Fuzheng Jiedu Xuanfei recipe combined with gemcitabine+cisplatin(GP)chemotherapy on time to progression(TTP)in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 92 patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as analysis subjects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given GP chemotherapy while the patients in observation group were treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Xuanfei recipe on the basis of control group,and they were given 3 cycles of treatment by taking 21days as a treatment cycle.The clinical efficacy,TTP and occurrence of toxic and side effects(nausea and vomiting,thrombocytopenia,leukopenia)were observed in the two groups.The serum inflammatory levels[matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin-6(IL-6)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 cycles of treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the total clinical effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The TTP in observation group was longer than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of toxic and side effects in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the serum levels of MMP-9,VEGF and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Fuzheng Jiedu Xuanfei recipe combined with GP chemotherapy regimen can not significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with advanced NSCLC,but it can reduce the inflammatory level,prolong TTP and reduce the incidence rates of toxic and side effects.
