摘要
目的探讨工作场所空气中锑的标准测定方法中的样品处理条件。方法以硝酸作为消解液,在280℃消化温度下消解样本,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法对空气中锑进行测定。结果线性范围为0.00~40.00μg/mL,回归方程为y=0.0121x+0.0103,相关系数r=0.9992,方法检出限为0.14μg/mL;方法的定量下限为0.48μg/mL,最低定量浓度为0.06 mg/m3;批内精密度相对标准偏差为0.54%~1.47%,批间精密度相对标准偏差为0.84%~2.08%,加标回收率为98.48%~102.43%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,测定结果准确可靠,有较高的实用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the sample treatment conditions in the standard method for determination of antimony in workplace air. Methods Using nitric acid as the only digestive liquid,the samples were digested at 280 ℃ and then the antimony was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The linear concentration range was 0.00-40.00 μg/mL,the regression equation was y=0.012 1 x+0.010 3,with the correlation coefficient(r) of 0.999 2,and the detection limit of the method was 0.14 μg/mL. The lower limit of quantification was 0.48 μg/mL and the lowest quantitative concentration was 0.06 mg/m^3. The relative standard deviations of intra-assay precision were 0.54%-1.47%,while the relative standard deviations of inter-assay precision were 0.84%-2.08%. The recovery rates were 98.48%-102.43%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,and sensitive,with accurate and reliable results. It has high practical value and is worth popularizing.
