摘要
化工生产设计中常涉及蒸发、结晶等固液分离过程。固-液平衡是化工分离的理论基础,固-液平衡数据是设备结构尺寸设计和操作条件确定的基础数据,因此这些数据及描述它们的数学模型对实现化工生产有重要指导意义。文章着重介绍固-液相平衡测定方法与特点、详细论述了固-液相平衡影响因素、列举了固-液相平衡数据拟合的数学模型及其应用实例,为化工结晶分离过程开发提供理论依据。
Solid-liquid separation process such as evaporation, crystallization, often involved in chemical production design. Solid-liquid equilibrium is the theoretical basis of chemical separation. The data of which is the basic data for the design of equipment structure dimensions and the determination of operating conditions.So solid-liquid equilibrium data and the mathematical models described them have important guiding significance for realizing chemical production. Measuring methods, influencing factors, correlation models of solid-liquid equilibrium and their application instances are introduced emphatically in this paper, which can be regarded as theoretical basis for crystallization separation process.
