摘要
铁路客运站是铁路运输生产的基层单位,承担着列车接发和旅客乘降等主要工作。客运站的工作应严格按照车站作业计划执行,而候车区运用计划是车站作业计划中的重要组成部分,其计划制定的合理性会影响客运站日常客运工作效率。以铁路候车区运用计划为研究对象,建立候车区旅客最高聚集人数计算方法,考虑列车停靠站台对候车区运用的影响,细分旅客走行过程,以旅客平均走行距离最短、候车区在最高聚集人数下的拥挤度、能力利用最大化、时间占用均衡为优化目标,构建铁路客运站候车区运用多目标优化模型。采用模拟退火算法求解,通过实例分析与评价验证模型的合理性,为铁路客运站候车区运用计划的制定提供理论支撑。
As the fundamental units of railway transportation, passenger stations are places where train arrival and departure and passenger boarding and alighting are handled. The work in passenger stations should strictly follow the operation plan in which the managing of the waiting area is an important part. So the operation efficiency of a passenger station is related to an appropriate waiting area managing plan. Taking the waiting area managing plan as the research object, this paper builds an algorithm for the maximum passenger concentration number in the waiting area, considering the influence of the train stopping platform on waiting area managing and the passenger walking route. Then the multi-objective optimization model of managing the waiting area is built with the purpose of optimizing the average walking distance of passengers, the crondedness of the waiting area under maximum passenger concentration, capacity utilization and the balance of time occupancy. The model is then solved with the simulated annealing algorithm and the effect of the model is verified by case study and evaluation. This study provides theoretical and technical support for the formulation of a waiting area managing plan for railway passenger stations.
