摘要
针对某工程机械驱动桥桥壳,运用经典名义应力疲劳分析法,结合基于有限元的CAE分析技术,建立虚拟桥壳弯曲疲劳台架试验模型,对桥壳疲劳寿命进行分析评估,得到桥壳疲劳寿命结果,通过分析现有设计问题,对桥壳设计缺陷进行优化并再次进行分析计算,疲劳寿命达到设计标准要求。计算结果经过实际台架试验验证,确保分析计算的可靠性,该研究可对驱动桥桥壳疲劳设计提供指导。
For a certain engineering machinery drive axle housing,the classical nominal stress fatigue analysis method and the finite element-based CAE analysis technology are used to establish a virtual axle housing bending fatigue bench test model,the fatigue life of the axle housing is analyzed and evaluated.The fatigue life result of axle housing is obtained.By analyzing the existing design problems,the design defects of the axle housing are optimized and calculated again,the fatigue life meets the design standard requirements.The calculation results are verified by actual bench tests to ensure the reliability of the analysis and calculations.This study can provide guidance for the fatigue design of the drive axle housing.
