摘要
本研究以2017—2019年南平市食品安全监督抽检数据作为研究对象,围绕抽检合格率进行相关数据分析,结果显示各地区、各环节食品抽检合格率变化趋势各不相同,不合格项目产生的原因有一定的规律,希望通过本次研究能为提升抽检效率、引导监管方向和降低食品安全风险提供参考。
This study takes the 2017—2019 food safety supervision sampling data of Nanping as the research object,and analyzes the relevant data around the sampling inspection pass rate.The results show that the change trend of the food sampling pass rate in each region and link is different,and the reasons for the unqualified items have certain rules,and it is hoped that this research can provide reference for improving the efficiency of sampling inspection,guiding the direction of supervision and reducing food safety risks.
