摘要
新时代“四有好教师”等顶层理念的提出为教师专业发展提供了伦理遵循。由此审视一线教师的专业发展,发现存在许多问题:伦理理念浅薄,伦理路径异化,伦理路基松散。分析可知,道义维护与利益获得平衡中的价值失衡,技术革命和模式创新互动中的道德式微,工作压力和社会压力共轭中的随波从众是教师伦理失范的主要原因。对此,需要以教学咨询团和家长委员会构建协作联合体,助力行动研究,匡正伦理理念,扶正发展路向;以过程积分制和组团竞聘制组建行动共同体,刺激发展活力,消除随波从众,矫正伦理路径;以学科教研组和名师工作室构建学习共同体,引领深度学习,祛除主观臆断,夯实伦理路基。进而使教师专业发展回归伦理正途。
In the new era,“teachers with four good qualities”and other top-level concepts provide ethical guidance for teachers professional development.However,there are some problems in front-line teachers professional development,e.g.shallow ethical concept,alienated ethical path,and loose ethical foundation.The analysis shows that the value imbalance between moral maintenance and interest acquisition,the moral decline in the interaction between technological revolution and model innovation,and the following the crowd in the conjugation of work pressure and social pressure are the main reasons.In this regard,it is necessary to build a collaborative consortium with teaching advisory group and parent committee to do action research,to rectify ethical concepts and support development direction,to establish a learning community with discipline teaching and research groups and famous teachers studios to lead in-depth learning,to eliminate subjective assumptions and consolidate ethical foundation,and to establish action community with process integral system and group competition system to stimulate development vitality.More importantly,it is also necessary to make the professional development of teachers quickly return to the ethical path.
