摘要
依托武汉青山长江大桥,并基于高碳钢盘条水浴冷却技术(EDC),系统开展了大跨度斜拉桥斜拉索用1860 MPa级高强度锌铝合金镀层钢丝的技术开发和国产化应用。通过对在线水浴处理(EDC)、斯太尔摩风冷处理(DP)和在线盐浴处理(DLP)盘条及生产的钢丝开展技术研究和生产实践,采用国产水浴处理盘条开发出了斜拉索用7 mm 1860 MPa高强度锌铝合金镀层钢丝,其扭转性能≥12次,替代了进口盘条,并实现了6000 t钢丝在大桥斜拉索上的应用。
Based on the Qingshan Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan and EDC technology of high carbon steel wire rod,the technical development and domestic application of 1860 MPa grade high strength zinc aluminum alloy coated steel wire for long-span cable-stayed bridge are systematically carried out.Through technical research and production practice of three different wire rods treated by EDC,DP and DLP and its production wire,the diameter 7 mm 1860 MPa high strength zinc aluminum alloy coated steel wire for stay cable is developed by using domestic EDC wire rod.Its torsion property is more than 12 times,which replaces imported wire rod,application of about 6000 t steel wire to stay cable is realized.
