摘要
研究表明,依据"肺与大肠相表里"理论制定的相应治法,比单纯腑病治腑法及脏病治脏法疗效更佳。但目前的实验及临床研究还存在诸多不足。实验研究方面,第一,实验研究缺乏深度,研究方向较单一,研究数量较少,多以肠病为源头的研究,较少以肺病为源头进行研究;第二,目前的实验研究往往以创伤性、机械性方法制备动物模型,这与人体真正发病机制不同,缺乏可信度;第三,研究多集中在肺与大肠生理关系上,治法上涉及较少。临床研究方面,第一,多数研究集中在肺病治肠方面,而肠病治肺的研究相对较少;第二,多数是静态证候的干预,缺乏动态观察;第三,所用方药多数为自拟方剂,缺乏明确的使用指征。今后的研究应遵循循证医学的研究方法,结合流行病学调查,归纳总结从肺论治大肠病和从大肠论治肺病以及肺肠同治的用药指征与规律。
The research shows that the corresponding treatment method based on the theory of"lung and large intestine being exterior-interior relationship"is better than the methods of simply treating fu-organ diseases and zang-organ diseases.However,there are still many shortcomings in the current experimental and clinical research.In terms of experimental research,first,experimental research lacks depth,and the research direction is relatively single,and the number of studies is small.Most of the researches focus on the study of intestinal diseases,and less on lung diseases.Second,the current experimental research often uses traumatic and mechanical methods to prepare animal models,which is different from the real pathogenesis of human body.Third,most of the researches focus on the physiological relationship between lung and large intestine,but less on therapies.In terms of clinical research,first,most of the studies focus on the treatment of large intestine for lung diseases,while the research on the treatment of lung for intestine diseases is relatively less.Second,most of the studies were intervention of static syndromes,lacking of dynamic observation.Third,most of the formulas used were self-made ones,lacking clear indications for use.Therefore,the future research should follow the research method of evidence-based medicine,combined with epidemiological investigation to summarize the indications and rules of treating large intestine diseases from the lung,treating lung disease from the large intestine and treating lung disease and large intestine diseases together.
