“一带一路”背景下兰州市游客满意度研究——基于网络文本分析法的分析 被引量:4

On Tourist Satisfaction of Lanzhou City in the Background of Belt and Road Initiative:Based on Online Text Analysis

摘要 文章采用网络文本分析法,以携程网上93篇网络游记为文本资料,利用ROST CM6软件,对来兰游客进行情感测评和情感感知分析,以此探讨"一带一路"背景下兰州市游客满意度。情感测评结果显示,游客对兰州食、住、游三方面的评价较高,对行、购、娱三方面的评价较低;当前兰州市游客满意度不高,仍需大力提升;情感感知分析显示,影响游客产生消极情感感知的主要因素是餐饮环境卫生较差、旅游旺季酒店房源紧张且价格偏高、市内堵车现象严重、旅游景点较少、旅游商品较少且缺乏特色、娱乐活动较少且存在安全隐患。据上述分析结果,文章提出了提高兰州游客满意度,进而提升兰州知名度和美誉度,促进兰州全面融入"一带一路"建设的对策建议。 The paper applies text analysis method to study 93 online travel notes on Ctrip with ROST CM6 software. Through emotion evaluation and emotional perception analysis of the texts written by Lanzhou visitors, the paper aims to study the tourist satisfaction of Lanzhou city in the context of "Belt and Road" Initiative. Emotion evaluation results show that tourists have a higher evaluation of Lanzhou’s food, housing, and tour, and a lower evaluation of traffic, shopping, and entertainment. In a word, tourist satisfaction of Lanzhou city is not high, leaving much to be improved. Emotional perception analysis shows that the main factors leading to tourists’ negative emotional perceptions are poor sanitation of restaurants, insufficient hotel rooms and high accommodation prices during peak season, serious traffic jams in the city, limited number of tourist attractions, shopping products and souvenirs lacking variety and characteristics, entertainments being scarce and having potential safety hazards. Based on the analysis results, countermeasures and suggestions are offered to improve the tourist satisfaction of Lanzhou city, thereby enhancing the popularity and reputation of Lanzhou, and promoting the comprehensive integration of Lanzhou into the "Belt and Road" construction.
