摘要
为了研究柔性多位点触觉传感器用于动态感知成像,提出并设计了一种关于PVDF的柔性压力传感器(分辨率50×50),用于实现空间映射,并记录跟踪物体的二维运动轨迹。以通过表面刻蚀铜线的柔性聚酰亚胺膜作为接触层进行电气连接,提高了信号传输的可靠性与准确性。结果证明,该传感器具有良好的灵敏度和较宽的工作范围,该传感器阵列具有高度的同步性,适用于与人体接触的压力测试和感知成像。
In order to study the flexible multi-point tactile sensor used for dynamic perception imaging,a flexible pressure sensor on PVDF is proposed. In this study,a flexible pressure sensor (resolution 50 × 50) is designed to realize spatial mapping and record the two-dimensional trajectory of the tracking object. The flexible polyimide film etched on the surface of the copper wire is used as a contact layer for electrical connection,which improves the reliability and accuracy of signal transmission. The results prove that the sensor has good sensitivity and a large working range. Tests show that the sensor array has a high degree of synchronization,can be applied to pressure testing and sensory imaging in contact with the human body.
