织物组织对石墨烯/羊毛精纺衬衫面料性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Fabric Weave Structure on Properties of Graphene/Wool Worsted Shirt Fabric

摘要 以石墨烯/羊毛混纺纱作为原料,根据平均浮长设计开发斜纹组织、方格组织、加强缎纹组织、鸟眼组织等4种精纺衬衫面料,并对这4种组织织物的抗静电性、防紫外性、弯曲刚度、折皱回复性、最大瞬态热流量进行测试分析。结果表明:4种织物均具有良好的防紫外性能,方格组织的性能最佳,适合用于精纺衬衫面料的开发。 Using graphene/wool blended yarns as raw materials,the worsted shirt fabrics with twill weave,checkered weave,reinforced satin weave,and bird’s eye weave according to the average floating length design were developed,and the UV resistance,bending stiffness,wrinkle recovery,and maximum transient heat flow of these four kinds of fabrics were tested and analyzed.The results show that all four kinds of fabrics have good UV protection performance.The checkered weave structure has the best performance and is suitable for the development of worsted shirt fabrics.
