摘要
针对含氨粉煤灰对煤矿充填环境和充填膏体性能的影响,以岱庄煤矿粉煤灰为研究对象,分析测定了其含氨来源和含氨量,并对含氨粉煤灰对充填体的性能影响进行实验研究和机理分析。结果表明:粉煤灰氨含量为0.16%,超过正常标准,导致在充填过程中有刺激性气体释放,影响采空区的施工环境;粉煤灰含氨会导致充填膏体凝结时间延长、强度降低,且随着含氨量的增加,对膏体性能影响更加严重。
As a paste filling material for coal mines,ammonia-containing fly ash affects not only the filling environment,but also the performance of filling paste.The fly ash used in Daizhuang Coal Mine is taken to analyze the ammonia source and the ammonia content.Experimental research and mechanism analysis are carried out on ammonia fly ash’s influence on the filling body performance.The results show that,the ammonia content of fly ash is 0.16%,which exceeds the normal standard and leads to the release of irritating gas during the filling process,deteriorating the construction environment in the goaf.The ammonia in fly ash will prolong the solidification of filling paste and bring down the strength,and as the ammonia content increases,the deterioration gets more serious.
