摘要
研究日落黄在FTO导电玻璃上的电解降解条件,并考察了电解质种类与溶度、日落黄起始浓度、电解电压、溶液pH等因素对日落黄脱色率的影响。结果表明,控制溶液pH为7.24,对含有3.0 g·^L-1氯化钠的日落黄(7.0 g·L^-1)溶液施加10 V的电解电压10 min后,日落黄的脱色率可达到93.96%。
The electrolysis degradation process of sunset yellow on FTO conductive glass was studied.The effects of the electrolyte type and concentration,initial concentration of sunset yellow,electrolytic voltage and environmental acidity on the decolorization rate of sunset yellow were investigated.The results showed that under the optimum technological conditions,electrolytic voltage was 10V,the initial sunset yellow solution(7.0 g·L^-1,pH 7.24)containing 3.0 g·L^-1 sodium chloride was electrolysis degradaed for 10 min,the decolorization rate of sunset yellow could reach 93.96%.
