摘要
目的:探索不同制备工艺对维生素B1溶出行为的影响。方法:以溶出度及在蒸馏水中溶出曲线为检测指标,考察粉末直压法、干法制粒压片、湿法制粒压片对维生素B1片溶出行为的影响。结果:采用粉末直压法、干法制粒压片、湿法制粒压片工艺制备的维生素B1片的溶出行为存在一定差异。结论:采用湿法制粒压片法制得的维生素B1片与市售参比制剂溶出行为一致,为维生素B1一致性评价工作奠定了基础。
Objective:To explore the effect of different preparation technology on the dissolution behavior of vitamin B1.Methods:the dissolution rate and dissolution curve in distilled water were used as test indexes to investigate the effects of powder direct pressing,dry granulation and wet granulation on on the dissolution behavior of vitamin B1 tablets.Results:the dissolution behavior of vitamin B1 tablets prepared by powder direct pressing,dry granulation and wet granulation were different.Conclusion:the dissolution behavior of vitamin B1 tablets prepared by wet granulation and compression method is consistent with that of commercial reference preparations,which lays a foundation for the consistency evaluation of vitamin B1.
