摘要
乳制品行业的发展越来越得到重视,业内的创新投入与技术研发竞赛也是如火如荼地进行着。但是我国乳制品行业在国际产品竞争力和技术实力方面还存在较大差距。鉴于专利信息分析对于专利战略和科技创新具有十分重要的意义,因此本文基于对乳制品专利信息的挖掘与分析,从专利申请数量、专利申请人、专利技术及专利布局等角度,分析了全球及国内主要乳制品的专利信息情况,来研究全球乳品技术发展及竞争态势,旨在为我国乳品企业技术创新与专利战略提出可行建议。
More and more attention has been paid to the development of dairy industry.Innovation investment and technology R&D competitions are also in full swing in the industry.However,there is still a big gap between China’s dairy industry in terms of international product competitiveness and technological strength.Therefore,this paper is based on the mining and analysis of dairy patent information in view of the importance of patent information analysis for patent strategy and technological innovation.From the perspectives of the number of patent applications,patent applicants,patent technology and patent layout,the patent information of major dairy products in the world and in China was analyzed to study the global dairy technology development and competition situation,aiming at putting forward feasible suggestions for technological innovation and patent strategy of dairy enterprises in China.
