摘要
煤矿生产环境恶劣、情况复杂,工作量较大,需要使用大量机械设备辅助作业,要求开采技术水平不断提升。但是相较于发达国家,我国煤矿井下机电设备还有所不足,在保证设备安全稳定运行的同时,还要考虑到设备节能效果。尤其是当前绿色环保背景下,节能减排在各行业达成统一共识,煤矿企业作为能源型企业首当其冲,应用变频节能技术,推动煤矿机电设备优化创新是必然选择。文章就变频节能技术在煤矿机电设备中应用展开分析,在了解变频节能技术原理和要点基础上,促使此项技术应用在煤矿机电设备中,实现煤矿节能生产。
The production environment of coal mine is bad,the situation is complex,and the workload is large,which requires the use of a large number of machinery and equipment to assist the operation,which requires the continuous improvement of mining technology.However,compared with developed countries,there are still some deficiencies in coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment in China.while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment,we should also take into account the energy-saving effect of the equipment.Especially in the current context of green environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction has reached a unified consensus in various industries,coal mining enterprises as energy-based enterprises bear the brunt,the application of frequency conversion energy-saving technology to promote the optimization and innovation of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment is an inevitable choice.This paper analyzes the application of frequency conversion energy-saving technology in coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,and promotes the application of this technology in coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment to realize coal mine energy-saving production on the basis of understanding the principle and key points of frequency conversion energy-saving technology.
