冲蚀角对等离子喷涂WC-12Co涂层冲蚀磨损的影响 被引量:3

摘要 金属材料表面涂层在长期工作过程中,受到强风、沙尘的综合作用,使涂层表面发生冲蚀作用,造成设备失效。通过自制的干砂型常温冲蚀磨损试验机对等离子喷涂WC-12Co涂层进行冲刷试验,并结合流体力学软件FLUENT,利用试验和模拟相结合的方法研究了冲击角度对其冲蚀磨损性能的影响及其冲蚀磨损机理。结果表明:在冲蚀角度为60°时,涂层的冲蚀磨损量较大,90°次之,30°最小。30°时涂层的失效形式为微切削冲蚀,90°时涂层的失效形式为疲劳剥落。 During long-term working process, the surface coating of metal materials is subjected to the combined action of strong wind and dust, which can cause the surface of the coating to erode and equipment failure. The scour experiment was carried out on WC-12Co plasma spraying coating by self-made normal temperature erosion and wear testing machine of dry sand type, and the method of combining experiment and simulation was used to study the effect of different impact angles on its erosion and wear performance and the erosion and wear mechanism. The results show that when the erosion angle is 60°,the erosion wear of the coating is larger, followed by 90° and 30°. The failure mode of the coating at 30° is microcutting erosion, while the failure mode of the coating at 90° is fatigue spalling.
