摘要
数据资源已成为当前重要的生产要素,利用数据资源提供各类服务的需求与日俱增。科技管理数据来源广泛、类型丰富,利用科技管理数据开展分析挖掘,并服务于管理与决策活动,是新时期科技资源高效利用的重要途径。文章在分析科技管理数据新特点的基础上,针对主要用户的需求构建新服务模式框架"P-FIDS",并在此基础上开展服务内容具象化、个性化、适配化分析,旨在为新形势下科技管理数据服务模式创新提供参考,为科技管理业务流程优化提供思路。
Data resource has become an essential productive factor,and the demand of using it to provide all kinds of services grows with each passing day.The science and technology management data are extensive and various,and have great significance in carrying out analysis and data mining service in management and decision-making activities.Based on the analysis of the new characteristics of scientific and technology management data,we build a new service model:"P-FIDS"according to the needs of main users,where the visualized,personalized,and adapted analysis can be provided in the specific business process based on this model.The purpose of this work is to provide reference for data service under the new situation and optimize the business process of science and technology management.
