基于CKMTOA的SRM转矩分配函数优化补偿控制策略 被引量:2

摘要 针对开关磁阻电机SRM(switched reluctance motor)运行时存在较大的转矩脉动,传统控制策略使输出电流波动大、电流可控性低等问题,本文提出了一种基于混沌分子动理论优化算法CKMTOA(chaos kinetic-molecu⁃lar theory optimization algorithm)的SRM转矩分配函数优化补偿控制策略。改进了余弦转矩分配函数,根据优化所得的最佳转矩补偿值对转矩分配函数相转矩参考值进行补偿,在换相开始阶段,对前一相绕组参考转矩值进行补偿,对后一相绕组不做处理;在换相结束阶段,对后一相绕组的参考转矩值进行补偿,对前一相绕组不做处理。同时,本文选择将电流变化率和铜损作为优化目标,利用CKMTOA的全局寻优能力,对最佳开通角、关断角和转矩补偿值进行优化获取,得到最优转矩补偿值,可以有效降低电流的变化率,抑制了换相时的转矩脉动。 Aimed at problems such as the large torque ripple in a switched reluctance motor(SRM)during its operation and the large current fluctuation and low current controllability under the traditional control strategy,an optimization compensation control strategy of SRM torque distribution function is proposed based on the chaos kinetic-molecular the⁃ory optimization algorithm(CKMTOA).On the basis of the cosine-type torque distribution function,the reference value of torque distribution function phase torque is compensated according to the optimized optimal torque compensation val⁃ue.At the beginning of phase commutation,the previous phase winding reference torque value is compensated while the latter phase winding is not processed.At the end of phase commutation,the reference torque value of the latter phase winding is compensated while the previous phase winding is not processed.In the meantime,the current rate of change and copper loss are chosen as an optimization target,and the global optimization ability of CKMTOA is used to optimize the optimal opening angle,turn-off angle and torque compensation value so as to obtain the optimal torque compensa⁃tion value.As a result,the current rate of change is effectively reduced,and the torque ripple during phase commuta⁃tion is suppressed.
