自体血小板分离技术在心血管外科的临床应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 心血管疾病的发病率居高不下,外科手术是治疗心血管疾病的重要措施。然而,心血管外科操作复杂,难度大,是异体输血率最高的科室之一。大量异体输血将显著增加患者的术后并发症及死亡率,而自体输血则可以有效减少异体输血,减少不良反应。自体血小板分离技术是近些年来较为热门的自体输血方法之一,本文就自体血小板分离技术及其临床应用作一综述。 The incidence of cardiovascular disease remains high,and surgery is an important measure for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.However,cardiovascular surgery is complicated and difficult,and it is one of the departments with the highest rate of allogeneic blood transfusion.Allogeneic blood transfusion significantly increases the complications and mortality of patients,while autologous blood transfusion can effectively reduce allogeneic blood transfusion and adverse reactions.Autologous plateletpheresis technology is a popular autotransfusion method in recent years.This article reviews the autologous plateletpheresis technology and its clinical application in cardiovascular surgery.
