摘要
目的优化杞黄明目颗粒的提取工艺。方法基于PCA-G1-熵权法和L9(3^4)正交设计,采用水提法,以提取时间、加水倍数、提取次数为考察因素,以二苯乙烯苷、毛蕊花糖苷的含量以及干膏率为评价指标,优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为提取0.5h,加水量为10倍,提取3次。在此条件下,分别进行3批验证试验,试验数据组间无明显差异。结论优选的提取工艺稳定可行,为大生产提供实验依据。
Objective Optimization of extraction process of Qihuangmingmu Granules.Methods With composite score of the content of stilbene glucoside,composite score of the content of verbascoside and dry extract yield as evaluation indexes,and with material-pure water ratio,extracting time,and number of extractions as investigate factors,then the combination empowerment method based on PCA-G1-entropy method and orthogonal design were used to optimize the process of Qihuangmingmu Granules.Results The optimum extraction process of Qihuangmingmu Granules were as follows:extracting time of 0.5 h,material-pure water ratio of 1∶10,number of extractions of 3.Under such condition,there was no significant difference between verification groups of three batches.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible by verification,which can provide experimental basis for industrial production of Qihuangmingmu Granules.
